Evelyn did well this morning but started acting a bit depressed this afternoon so I took her over for a walk at the park to distract her. Once home, we dropped by to see the neighbor and her puppies. I thought that would be a sufficient distraction from the missing Pearl but when we got into the house, she planted herself at the back door and has been whimpering. She has always been one who has expressed angst if one of us is missing and I think she is missing Pearl. I hope we are able to bring her home, tonight.
