The Blue Corners are History

I ordered more yellow fabric to fix the corners of my paper pieced challenge quilt but the prednisone has kicked in and I am not thinking rationally, today.  Instead of simply waiting several days and using nice, pristine whole pieces of fabric, I took a bunch of scraps and cobbled them into the size I needed.  In truth, I kind of enjoyed doing it.  The more I work with fabric and the more I understand how it "works," the more confident I am that I can fix what needs to be fixed.

Here is the end result.  I am much happier with it:
I still have at least one more round to go but I don't know what the instructions are for that one.

You were right the yellow looks a lot better. Too bad the white with blue border didn't work, I wonder if it would have worked in differnt colors I liked the lay out of it.
