Sunday with my Family

Having a really nice Sunday lazing around with Husband. We finished the taxes and I had a chance to work on my Mariners Compass Wallhanging.

I'm not wild about the variegated thread on the black but all in all, I can live with it. Like all these projects, I learn something. There are a number of things I'd do differently but many that I would do exactly the same.

The girls have been precious.

They need another bath.

Here's a rose from my husband:

I'm off to have dinner with my youngest! Been looking forward to it all weekend.

Hi Penny, I just got back from a weekend in Virginia, so didn't get to wish you a happy birthday. Hope you had a good one. The girls look like they know how to enjoy a nice Spring day.
