Mainly Pictures

Evelyn is practicing being a big sister with her beloved Samoyed Webkin (that she doesn't actually get to have because she'll eat the eyes off).

I cleaned up some of my quilting on Jezebel's Quilt but have a bit more to go. It looks better, I think.

And here is the Amish Nine Patch, sans border.

It isn't square and I am having an argument with it about it. I plan to put a small pink border followed by more black. At least that is one thought. Or I may just put on a pink border to match the setting squares. That would be simpler. Any thoughts? Oh, and I'm a little tired of this project so take that into consideration...

Here is the original design:

It looks pretty close but I didn't put in cornerstones and haven't put on the border, yet. I meant to put in the cornerstones but got distracted in the beginning and never went back to redo it. I think it would have looked better with them.

I would put the pink and black borders on, but if you're really tired of it, how about just a narrow black border?

But you usually choose the right fabric for the border anyway - I love what you chose for Jezebel's quilt. It looks great and I never would have thought of it.
