I have to head out the door to go to court but while I'm out, I'd appreciate it if you'd take a look at these two very similar designs and tell me which one you like better. Can't promise I will go with it but I THINK I have enough fabric for either. They are the same except the side and corner triangles are pink in one, black in the other. I thought about going with pink sashing but I like the stained glass look so I'll stick with black.

I like the black one!
I like them both. I'm drawn to the pink one because it's nasty, cold and sleeting outside, but really either one would work.

i prefer the black one, the pink one seems overwhelming to me.
I really like the black one. The pink is more stained glass style, but the black one calls my name.

I like them both, but I prefer the pink. I like how the black sets off the pink blocks.

I like the second one. The black makes the pink pop.
My vote is also for the black. I love how it makes the pink pop. And baby Pearl will look adorable sleeping on it.

i like the 2nd one also. I looked at both several times and the 2nd one has more contrast. It is 70 degrees here in Mustang :)

Make them both. I like the black one I like black, a lot, I like the way it makes color sing. The reality is that you have to be happy with this quilt, puppy Pearl will like it because its warm and for her. The pink one may not show quite as much dog hair as the black one so I'd take that into consideration in the thinking process. Oh darn, I'm not any help at all, am I?!
I'm not a pink lover, but I like the pink version better. I guess I'm an oddball.

Voting for number two...the black. Love how it makes the blocks float. The pink and green give me flashbacks to 1970's preppy styles!! :)

i'm probably late on this, but i love the black...makes it float! (in my humble opinion, of course.)
Black--more effective in making the pink pack a punch! (like that alliteration?)
